made by SPQ in the form of a NR either saying there has been no material change in the company's outlook or release news. I called the OSC yesterday to complain but all I got was double talk and of course refered to the wonderful IIROC. The guy (Dennis) at OSC at least took a look and said, "...Hmmm, yes that is a lot of movement for a junior with no news..." I said that SPQ should at least be called and forced to put out a NR saying something to the effect of there being no material change - all up to IIROC, he said. Then his crazy comment, "...have you checked the bull boards to see what's happening?"

This is nonsense and could be outright manipulation - SPQ bounced off three times the SP and 15 times the volume with no known attempt at an explaination.

This would NEVER happen south of the border.
