Solomon Resources Ltd. is a Canadian public company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of quality mineral properties world wide. Solomon is managed by a proven team of exploration geologists involved with the discovery and/or development of a number of significant deposits in the world, including the Snip, Eskay Creek, and Brewery Creek deposits in Canada; the Segala gold deposit in Mali; the Chimney Creek, Mule Canyon, Ruby Hill, Mesquite, and Ortiz gold deposits in the United States, the Gosowong deposit in Indonesia and the Cadia East deposit in Australia.

Solomon is currently focused on the exploration of gold projects in British Columbia and the Yukon, a tin project in Alaska and uranium projects in Mongolia.

Solomon’s shares trade under the banner SRB on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V).

    President and CEO
    Randy Rogers joined Solomon Resources Ltd. in 2007 following a distinguished career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he specialized in securities and market investigations. Randy obtained a B.Sc in Geology at the University of British Columbia in 1980 and a M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration at Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario in 1981. Randy has published a number of articles in professional journals including “Toward Self-Regulation: Restoring Credibility to the Mineral Exploration Industry” (1998) Mining Review; “So You Want to Become a Director: Corporate Governance, Continuous Disclosure and the Liability of Directors” (1998) Ontario Prospector and “Forensic Geology and Mineral Exploration Projects” (1999) Explor. Mining Geol. and has presented papers at the 3rd Annual Southeast Asia Mining Conference, (1997) Vancouver; Randol: Sampling and Assaying Gold & Silver - How to Avoid Fraud and Honest Mistakes (1997) Vancouver; Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, (1998) Toronto; International Symposium of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Mineralogy, (1998) Montreal; Association of Exploration Geochemists, (1999) Vancouver and provided policing perspective to the Mining Standards Task Force of the TSE and the OSC, (1999).

  • Ronald K. Netolitzky

    Director

    Ron Netolitzky has over 36 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. He holds a B. Sc from the University of Alberta and a M. Sc. from the University of Calgary, both in geology. Ron was a co-founder of Taiga Consultants in Calgary and has worked extensively as a consultant to major and junior mining companies internationally. He serves on a number of listed companies as an officer or director. Ron has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of mineral properties worldwide for numerous junior resource companies. He was recognized as the Prospector of the Year in 1991 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Ron played a key role in the discoveries of the Snip, Eskay Creek and Brewery Creek mines in western Canada and continues to search for new deposits elsewhere around the world.

  • Dr. William Lindqvist

    Chairman

    Dr. William Lindqvist was appointed to the Board of Directors in June of 2005. Bill retired as Vice President of Homestake Mining Company in 2002, after completing a highly successful 32 year exploration career (see News Release dated June 23, 2005). During his career, he also served as Executive General Manager of Exploration for Newcrest Mining Ltd (1993-5), Vice President –Exploration for Homestake Mining (1990-2), and General Manager –North American Exploration for Gold Fields Mining (1987-90). Bill was involved in the discovery and development of several major gold deposits, including the Chimney Creek, Mule Canyon, Ruby Hill, Mesquite, and Ortiz gold deposits(United States); Gosowong gold deposit(Indonesia), and the Cadia East deposit (Australia). He completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Otago School of Mines (1964), a B.Sc. Honors in Economic Geology at the University of Adelaide (1965), and a Ph.D. in Applied Geology at the Royal School of Mines, London (1968). Bill was born and raised in New Zealand and now resides in Northern California.

    Country Manager - Mongolia

    Bagi is a 1998 graduate of the Mongolia University of Science and Technology, and has been involved in gold, copper, molybdenum, PGE and uranium exploration in Mongolia for ten years. He worked as an exploration geologist with at Harrod’s Minerals Mongolia Ltd., the Mohamed Al Fayed exploration arm which in 2002 became Gallant Minerals Mongolia Ltd.; WMC Minerals Corp. and Erdene Gold Inc. before joining Solomon in 2005. Solomon Resources Mongolia is a Limited Liability Company which conducts the exploration programs of Solomon Resources Ltd. in Mongolia, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solomon Resources Ltd. headquartered in Ulaanbaatar.
