Yes, they are a public company. Have you noticed that some public companies just spew forth all kinds of information, most of it completely irrelevant day fter day to the point that you totally ignore their newsreleases, like everytime one of the senior management goes to the washroom. Others are kind of in the middle and then there's SNO on the other end of the scale. They aren't as forthcoming with information as they should be so you have to go to them.

Unfortunately, this attitude isn't very attractive but it's the way they are.
