After 15 minutes of trying to explain the problem to a so called tech guy from India, I exploded, I TOTALLY losted my composer and yelled at him.. "YOUR AN IDIOT". He asked me what is an idiot??  I just hung up... LOL

Talk about a waste of time and energy
