On Bakoudou in Gabon, Managem has now secured the financing of the project and placed

orders for the main equipment. The road to the site has been upgraded and teams are laying

the ground work for the mine construction. SearchGold will have to review its options

concerning the level of interest it can keep in the project as the current shareholder structure

implies an important level of dilution if the Company is to raise capital to participate in the

construction of the project
