The UN Global Compact is a global initiative for businesses and organizations committed to aligning their operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
The UN Global Compact is the world's leading voluntary social responsibility policy. With over 8,700 members throughout 130 countries, Seafield is proud to become part of this initiative and highlights the Company's focus on developing a socially responsible project. Seafield is committed to implementing the Global Compact and its principles as part of the strategy, culture and day-to-day operations of the Company and to engage in collaborative projects, which seek to advance the broader development goals of the United Nations, specifically with respect to the Millennium Development Goals.
