WEL has a low share float when we shareholder got juiced from a reverse split. Current price of .15 is pretty much where we were before the split.

WEL also make deals that don't burn or dilute the company. One of which is a deal with SGR where they spend for us . lol .

You could stuff WEL in a sock and through it in the back closet unless they run it up before end of year for financing in which case im out again.
