San Gold Corporation (TSX:SGR) (OTCQX:SGRCF) (the "Company" or "San Gold") today announced today that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2013, each of the seven nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated May 23, 2013, were elected as directors.
