IT should not be up to me to tell them what their duty is ,they should know or resign. By the shareholders who work for san gold or it's contractors trading shares in the last year they know information that has not been released to the public ,and are trading on inside information, which is a criminal act. If management was smart they would do what is requierd of them in releasing information to protect them and their employes..
