I have no problem with it either, standard practice, especially when these guys have in depth knowledge of the project and the skills that are needed to develop it - which are in very short supply. The price could be a lot lower price too in which case they would likely have cashed in or sold them as soon as they could and gone anyway unless they did it over again. Thanks JC.
