With the new mantra of under promise and over deliver I was expecting George Pirie to make good on the release last week. That being said I agree with a previous poster that said if a promise is not met, all it would take is a simple update to SH as to the reason why. If the reason is something that can't be divulged then simply state that there was a delay and they will be out ASAP. Perhaps a general comments link on the website where a company exec can update shareholders in a casual way.
