A little holiday cash. Maybe take the wife and kids to Hawaii.

He could also be getting rid of the last of his $.38 options in the 2010 tax year. These things are taxed as income and who knows maybe he will need the cash to convert his $1.25s in the New Year which he could be thinking will be a good year.
