I think you hit the nail on the head D. Although I do think they have been thinking about this move for a long time. I can remember a conversation with IR many months ago, and the possibility of bringing in a ringer was touched upon. That is why I still do not think this is that big a deal. They got the TSX listing and some known entity was needed to restore the enthusiasm around the future direction of the company. Too many promises that were not delivered on and the fickle public moved on. The ones that hung in know the potential, however most investors don't have the time to dig deep into the details. We need some attention (positive) to move out of the penalty box.
