About one year ago, San Gold spun off some of it's Timmins area interests into a separate Corporation, while retaining a large % of the shares of the subsidiary. The subsidiary is called SGX Resources Inc. and it began trading on the TSX Venture in late April, 2010 under the symbol SXR. Hugh Wynne is the CEO.
