I'm not even sure what you mean by this post.

When a hole is drilled and a discovery made, you don't just run off and go get it as soon as you can. You continue drilling to understand it's orientation, perhaps for 3 or 4 months, or longer. Once all those holes have been logged and sampled this falls into the hands of the resource geologist, who puts together a model of the vein. Then you establish a mining plan, one that falls in line with your other plans, taking into consideration proper ventilation and water drainage. If it is a really good zone then it might be bumped to the front of the line and mining can begin, if not then it has to wait its turn.

Things in mining don't happen overnight.
