Thx for the clarification. I'd think insiders selling some existing shares to raise money to exercise granted options should be put too much pressure, given sgr's 1M average daily volume. If there are some insiders jumping ship, most likely those insider info will leak to institutional holders and they will dump too, which will generate 3X average volumes. JMT.
