Lunch, I have noticed a few wierd things on the option front lately. Courtney excercised 225,000 options in December at $3.56 and then sold shares at prices less than that. Last week Courtney, Mike P. and James McCutcheon all were granted 250,000 options each at $3.45. Could it be possible that the insiders are selling some stock in order to load up on the FT. Maybe the last FT was just to help these directors with their taxes.
