Spring of 08 when I first took the advise of Peter Schiff and went all cash, I was looking into silver coin bags. The premium at the time wasn't that onerous. You had the exchange premium and also a warnings about shrinkage due to wear. Last time I looked, the spreads on the buy and sell have grown. Where is a good source for private sellers of coinage that are trust worthy. I don't have any acid to do the acid test and the drop test isn't nearly comprehensive enough. lol
