Maybe he sold on the really good news release knowing that people would be looking at his sales. Having such good news would allow him to sell his shares and not cause a total collapse in the share price and therefore not bring down the rath of the companies share holders on his head. This seems like a sound theory. I do believe that someone in his position would have thought this out carefully and with the full knowledge of the board.

anyway I bought more shares and I noticed on friday just before the close someone tried get the price up as it was up .06 just before the close but did not hold the increase.

Anyway tomorrow will tell us a lot more.
