I trade on the TSX, and what's been great is the pound's crashed against everything inc the C$, so my bullion saved me from that, and any other investments have perhaps an extra 20% on them from currency exchange.

Means I can get a lot done in the morning, and peruse the TSX after lunch-2.30pm ish. I've just come in and markets have closed, its 9pm here. Also get a feel for global situation in the morning over breakfast and get some idea of any trades I might make in the afternoon.

AIM (UK) seems very poor, massive spreads on juniors. TSX has the liquidity. My major problem is the tax free ISA's no longer allow me to hold C$ for sales, so anything in there gets a currency exchange fee from TDW when I buy or sell...con really. Trading now in captial gains liable account. All sounds flash, but isn't.
