Rick, said he had 40 yrs in the mining,exploration and banking side, This allowed him to arrange over 100 mining deals and he mentioned that a takeover would be good for Sans share holders. Rick mentioned that the 43-101 would be out end of June and a move to the TSE in 3 months... Mill ,being upgraded now, to 1900 tns/day will opperate between 95 to 97 % and mill head will be over 1/2 oz. San will produce 300 tns from the hinge and 500 tns from the main mine,for 2009 and into 2010,. Rick said the Hinge is larger than the Rice Mine and very high grade and 65 % of the gold falls out onto the gravity table..$ 150.00 oz to produce. Rice deep is costing $500.00 so with the blend of hinge and deep ,he said $ 300.00 an oz. Rick said they were getting paid $ 1100. an oz Canadian for the past few months and will see 50,000 oz this yr and 125000 in 2010 and 250,000 oz by 2012. Rick mentioned alot about the Cartwright, average of 10 grm / tn and was two kil in length and the same as Rice ore all the way down to 5600 ft. He said the portal will go north and then turn East to the hinge and West to the CW and will pick up the Gabrial deposit and also 500,000 OZ between the CW and Main Mine...we have 268 million shares out and $38 mill in the Bank....Rick mentioned that they were hitting very High Grade down below the 6000 ft and comparred this to Gold Corp.
