Rookie, if it is the same as last 2 years you might get your proxies in time to file your vote 48 hours before the AGM by phone or internet, or like most they will arrive after the AGM. Broker firms do every thing in their power to disenfranchise the retail investor. But one thing is for sure, if the present management can't make this mine produce to it's potential, those big brokerage firms that hold the majority of the shares ie: Dundee and Cormark, will bring in someone who can. Ned Goodman has a proven track record in that regard and he is far greedier than we are!
