I agree, its nice to see them do something with Radio Hill besides talk about it. However, I wouldn't give very much credit to the volume meaning anything good.

When a spike in volume/share size happens around a PR with only a few houses participating it is my experience it is just brokers trying to stir up interest so they can unload some shares on a public that thinks they are missing out on something. The technique is usually called churning.

They have a historical non-compliant resource on RH already so unless the holes are so far apart that more must be drilled to validate past ones this 43-101 could be ready in a couple months. If they have to do more infill to validate it could be more than a year away for results (because of more financing and weather). I am a little suprised they are doing it at all unless the old information is so poor they can't do any serious negotiations to sell it or think about a scoping study.
