I think there are a number of potential answers.  I don't necessarily know which one is true if any.  Here are some top options that come to my mind:

1.  They may be selling under license from RVX (with fees being paid or not, given volumes).  We don't know if a special license for this situation is in place.  They might be doing it with full permission.   RVX might even want to encourage them to be selling to research outfits and pharma.  

2.  Alternatively, they might be selling under the radar, given the low volumes.  RVX might not choose to enforce its patent until volumes and revenues are higher....

3.  This particular seller (and potentially others) might be a friendly party.  For example, the Cayman sellers (who are based originally from MI), might be selling with tacit approval from RVX, whether licensed or not....

Etc.

Just some thoughts...
