... thanks for your contribution to the hub... you may be right about KD... still doesn't excuse DM from not stepping up and confronting the statements he has made in the last six months or so regarding the deal... he just disappearaed with respect to his declaration of a second deal... he's got to own it.. just give us a simple statement like .... talks are still ongoing but have taken longer than anticipated to reach an amicable agreement... something like that... you know what I'm saying... simple to do... a little respect extended to retail... that's all... regards,  kelsee
