tada...based on your mathematical analysis of 2500 compounds X $250K expense to determine the ApoA-1,.... that may be true in theory but let's keep in mind that it took many years for Resverlogix in the development of RVX-208 at great expense, therefore 2500 molecules ( with or without ApoA-1) that belong to Resverlogix will take an infinite number of years of development for it to be exposed to a potential bill of $625MM if you get my drift. 

I do agree however that this new arrangement that is being proposed with respect to RPS, would clear the way, for whatever management has in store for Resverlogix in the way of M&A now or in the near future. And in doing so this will guarantee a dividend stream for ZCC and its shareholders, without any interference down the road.(IMO)
