Resverlogix Corp.

Maybe I don't get it. Can someone please explain to me how this amendment to automatically throw in for free royalties on potentially thousands of compounds without limitation instead of the existing performance-based royalty on just one compound is of any benefit whatsoever to Resvelogix shareholders? If I am not reading this wrong, this is nothing short of an outrageous gutting by Zenith of the future earnings potential of Resverlogix.
