I just got back from checking the mail....and 'nuffin' again. The Oct 6 PR said this:

A notice of meeting and management information circular containing the matters to be considered at the meeting will be delivered to shareholders and filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com on or before November 15, 2016.

When I read the word "delivered" that to me means something tangible, not a PR accessed on line. I am assuming nobody has received anything, I would expect that if someone had received this noice that they would have posted about it.

This isn't forward looking, its a material statement of fact. Its not "anticipated" or "expected"....the words are "will be delivered". Tomorrow is the 15th, they sure are cutting it close.
