Great points. The RVX/RVXCF stocks do not operate in a bubble and are influence by many indirect factors as well. I've been following the election closely and am obsessed with the 538 forecast. The response of the stock market in general seems to parallel the projected results based on polling. The tightening of the polling has lead to increased uncertainty of the outcome and the stock market, including RVX/RVXCF, is responding. The outcome of the Nov 8th election may impact the RVX/RVXCF stock price moreso that the Nov 15th (or earlier) release of the AGM agenda/voting matters.
