I very much agree with your post about chatter when a stock is being pumped.

I've been invested in RVX.CF for around 10 years. I've seen the ups and the downs. Lots of both. And your theory about chatter makes sense to me. In the sudden moves up that are accompanied by sudden and very painful moves down, I've often noticed that the boards out of the blue get frequented by new posters... people with dubious reputations on the boards and who write posts that seem unreasoned and unreasonable. I guess that's the pump and dump crowd. I always hate it when they show up because it always gives me a feeling that trouble is coming....

So far, they don't seem to be around this time. I also take that as a good sign.
