Ontage Resources was owned by T and G (and G's board) about 1 year before forming TAG. One operation included the use of 2 HPC-10s (that are now owned by TAG-Z) as they sample tested riverbed sites to identify optiumum production spots... that is now the orginal charter of TAG Minerals Inc. and TAG-Z... so now we are up to two assets.... namely, 2 HPC-10s + an upstart gold mining company already 1 year ahead before forming TAG... and while it is another story for another day, T and G where involved in the creation of Slashwood Mining and cut 10% of the company into Ontage Resources.... so there is the third asset in Ontage. Let me format again in case it did not stick:
1. Asset #1: Two HPC-10s
2. Asset #2: An ongoing gold mining company with at least 1year head start in identifying gold riverbed site.
3. Asset #3: 10% of Slashwood Mining... with T as their CTO!
T never sold Ontage Resources to himself.... it was owned by T + G + G's Board. T and G got 55M shares of LLSR as we have discussed before and 5M shares went to G's Board....Seek ye the Truth... go to South Africa and Zimbabwe resource tools to confirm... or shut UP!
As for your interpretation of what "Managment believes".... it's not worth the time to correct you.... but does your statement sound logical as if the Mineral King would acutally at the advise of his lawyer who reads all SEC filings and Press Releases say something stupid like that....
