Is Stan’s plan, to merge Tag Minerals into Lantis, so all the gold found in Zimbabwe, could be use to fund the completion of the prototype OCT, to complete the merger with Perio Imaging? Or when the merger is complete with Tag Minerals to then IPO Tag out as an independent company and then have raised the money though an IPO, so the money then could be used by the company for R&D, completion of the prototype, and complete the merger with Perio. Then the 2 company’s synergy could work together as an introduction into the dental arena for a true revenue stream generator?
