Run of River Power will experience extraordinary growth during this decade, positioned in an industry that is marked by increasing demand steadily exceeding supply. Energy pricing is driven by our ever increasing energy demands, escalating costs of developing the earth's hydrocarbon resources and a fundamental shift in society's concern over greenhouse gas emissions (GHG's).

Through investigation and acquisition, the Corporation has secured the rights to develop an additional 12 run of river development sites representing 229MW of estimated capacity when developed

Run of River Power is a British Columbia based developer of clean, green, sustainable energy.

The Company's Brandywine Creek run-of-river hydro project is currently producing green, renewable electricity for approximately 4,000 homes. We are at various stages of development with strategic clusters of run-of-river projects totaling over 640 MW.

In February of 2008, the Company completed its acquisition of
Western Biomass Power Corp. Western Biomass proposes to build a series of biomass facilities. There is an unprecedented opportunity to development bio energy in BC through the harvesting of pine beetle damaged pine trees.

    Mr. Krushnisky has been involved in the development of hydroelectric power since 2000. He was the founding President of Rockford Energy Corporation who successfully completed an eco logo certified hydroelectric power project at Brandywine Creek in 2005. Jako was formerly the President of Rhombic Corporation, a US Research and development Company committed to the development of leading edge energy solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science, Business and International Commerce while attending University in San Diego, California (1979-1982) and he is committed to the development of sustainable energy solutions

    VP Business Development

    Michael Denis Sweatman – Mr. Sweatman serves as Vice President of the Corporation. Mr. Sweatman has been the Owner/Manager of MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. Mr. Sweatman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Marifil Mines Limited and is President and a Director of Pacific Coast Nickel Corp. In addition Mr Sweatman serves as a Director and Audit Committee member of several TSX and TSX V Companies. Mr. Sweatman, is a Chartered Accountant, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University and received his CA designation from the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1982 and Yukon in 1989. Mr. Sweatman is 57 years old

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Dusik is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has held various positions with Ernst & Young LLP, including the corporate finance practice focused on valuation and pricing of acquisitions and divestitures, Managing Partner of their Calgary office and Director of the North American Center of Excellence for risk management services to the electric and gas utility sector. In August 2002, he joined Maxim Power Corp., a publicly listed independent power producer with operations in Canada, United States and France. As Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, his responsibilities included debt and equity financings, acquisitions, project evaluation and capital deployment, investor relations, public reporting, budgeting and performance reporting, information technology, risk management and corporate administration
