If we could get half the cars off the roads inter cities especially whenwe have such extreme heat ! cars backed up for miles running ,sitting idling, on the news almost every day, accidents, etc this has to be the bigger cause, seems like a no win situation.i still think this will in time get the go-ahead in quebec. thanks have a good day! moondog16
