What is even more amazing is that we cant even answer a telephone in the federal government office in BC without also responding in French as well. We have such a huge French population in BC. When I worked for Feds in BC our favored clients who were unable to get thru to an english speaking person without waiting for 20 to 30 minutes used to call the French number and would get thru with two rings. Then could request any info in English and would get immediate service. Weird EH
