This is a hands on study of real fracing horizontals that will be done during full stage commercial phase. If they wanted to just study other reports, they could have. They already did that and found no evidence on over 1M wells fraced...well very few with problems. Instead of taking that information, they're doing this which is fine...it will ease their minds.
