Hey Rocco: Agree with you totally. Coal is garbage and NG is the bridge fuel. QC will get it eventually. Like you said they have no experience in this industry. Although when i worked at GCOS, Alsands and Suncor there were a lot of French guys in the patch out there. Maybe there is a base of knowledge within the province.
