If 66 2/3% of the PDG shares are voted "YEA" for the Judas plan of arrangement at thespecial shareholders meeting,the deal is a done deal..Those that still hold PDG shares will automatically have them convert to ARU(Or whatever the hell that other piece of shit is) at .1042 of an AR share for every PDG share,basically a 10:1 reverse split...

And NO..I am not happy..having $50 million cash and 6 million ounces of gold stolen on me ,never makes me happen..

If it makes you happy,go for it...if it doesn't go through..the first thing that should happen is we fire that judas,slime ball CEO and management team and get an honest team on board ..
