I suppose if you look at it from the perspective of minimizing future dilution of PDG, they've solved that issue with this deal. Magino has a short payback period per last PEA and, as someone posted on the other board, because of that they will probably finance the whole Magino project with debt and pay it off fairly quickly. In the end there would be virtually no dilution other than excercise of warrants and options but those are already known.

Maybe a better solution would have been to spin the Hardrock property off into a separate company and give all us shareholders a stake rather than keeping a portion and retaining control over the shares of goldstream in a private corporation.

my feeling is that 12 months from now noone will care about this anyway ... who knows maybe they don't care now. lol
