I don't see anything wrong with it ... they get to participate in the upside potential with zero downside risk, zero expenditure and zero dilution.

if Goldstream ever decides to IPO, and they likely would if the property has potential, then PDG has an asset that can be sold to raise money either to develop Magino or perhaps another future property down the road.

Before today hardrock eat was just a piece of land with license fees and taxes attached to it. If PDG can leverage their properties by getting someone else to do the work then it's all good.
