I agree with H_rattle's assessment of the name change. If the company hopes to move forward and attract investment, they had to change the name. The name Kodiak Exploration has pretty much worn out its welcome due to credibility issues. Now that the arrangement with GGR has been completed, enthusiam at Magino, Milestone moving forward, and the evolution toward becoming a producer, we are talking about a new company. Best to start fresh.

Although the NR indicated that no share consolidation is associated with the name change, IMO it's only a matter of time. Within the the next 12 months is my guess. Hopefully, the company can increase shareholder value before then.
