I don't know the answer, but sometimes people who have worked diligently for a long time in pretty large corporations, feel like numbers. They get a pretty good salary, but they may not be at the leading and exiting end of their company. They are like us, see a good opportunity, promising options etc, and jump. Just my take at some of these things, seen if before, sometimes successful, sometimes not.
