Incidently, after another payment of $400,000 the transaction will turn into 4,200,000 "consolidated" shares of PEM.

That is equivalent to 42,000,000 of the current shares of PEM (based on a 10 to one consolidation) which happens to be approximately 26% of the current diluted share float.

That appears to be more than 24.9% (or is my math wrong).
