Good afternoon,
It has been some time since we last corresponded, which was regarding Petro One Energy Corp. Since that time, our team has worked hard to restructure and rebuild an entirely new company, by way of a roll back, followed by a change of business that is in process. · Multiple, extensive Gold in soil anomalies as good as those seen originally over the Underworld Golden Saddle Deposit.
· The Lucky Strike property is in the part of Yukon that was not glaciated during the last ice age. Therefore, Gold soil anomalies and placer deposits are likely located close to their sources.
· Projects 70% AXP, no NSR, 43-101 compliant
· Northern Miner magazine ranks Yukon 1st overall jurisdiction in North America for Gold exploration.

· Dr. Larry Dick, co-founder of General Minerals (now Sprott Resource Corp.), Fortuna Silver, Evolving Gold, and Timmins Gold.
· Trevor Bremner led the team which developed the Grand Banks for Mobil Oil. In addition, he spent over 8 years with Archer Cathro and was Yukon Chief Government Geologist.
· Tom Morgan is a lifetime Yukon prospector, Yukon Prospector of the Year Award in 2004, and was an early pioneer who made a significant contribution in confirming the potential of the White Gold Camp.
