Paladin Energy Ltd. (“Paladin” or “the Company”) is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Namibian Stock Exchange under the symbol “PDN”.

Paladin operates in the mineral resource sector with focus on uranium and has projects in Australia and Africa. In line with its long term vision to become an established uranium producer, the Company’s strategy is to identify, acquire and evaluate advanced uranium projects. Since 1998, during a period of sustained downturn in global uranium markets, Paladin had been accumulating a quality portfolio of advanced uranium projects each having production potential.

With construction and staged commissioning complete, the Langer Heinrich Uranium Mine is now operational with a targeted annual production of 2.6 million pounds U3O8 and a minimum project life on current reserves of 17 years. Government development approvals have been gained for the Company’s Kayelekera Project in Malawi and construction is in progress with expected commencement of production end 2008. These are believed to be the two most advanced uranium projects in Southern Africa
