Anyone who was at the UCONN lab during the first AGM can confirm the turn around timing that was provided during the tour. You could probably find the audio files and hear it for yourself on youtube. But I can also say that Suresh repeated that same turn around re the UCONN lab. You can understand the delays were big by just listening to puiblicly disclosed presentations by Suresh. But what I will say off the record is that during the raise when they were talking about the need for more control over their destiny because of both the export license and access at EpiWorks that they had to wait until the end November to get the new modified wafers sent to Singapore. Unfortunately you are just going to have to take my word on that one...or not.
