I think we have plenty of Tech guys in place, but we have nobody in on our team that is a markets guy.
And we had one of them too BCD. His name was Peter Coppeti and I don't think Mazan would ever put his shares behind another one like him.
And just for the record I do believe I was very critical of the communications that took place preceding the raise and was the first to request that Suresh provide "A letter to shareholders" to help explain the rational behind.it.
I am critical of the communications. I think it could be many, many times (trump speak) better. I live in hope that POET will in fact get better at this and can do it in such a way that it satisfies boith our requirements as shareholders and the needs to restrict industry intellegence.
