Ark what is important to understand is that DL and BB have IP that when brought together are very unique which on their own represent a POET like solution at new wavelengths. POET spent years being developed in the lab. That move to fab was bumpy but it was in fact accelerated by Suresh otherwise they would still all be sitting around the lab a UCONN.
I think people are completely ignoring the facts that there are cycles that have to take place that were stalled. Maybe at the THM there was not an awareness of just how locked up that bottleneck was. So before people begin contemplating that the decades of Taylors work is worthless consider the amount of time since you were invested in POET and the amount of time that the technology has actually spent in a modern foundry.
