Not surprised by this move at all.  We get our own guy in there (another Global Foundries pick up) and at first blush he looks like a good one.  I get the impression DL was lacking in a few areas that were surprising to PTK, the reference to sub-optimal production, withholding some money for DL from out deal, etc.  Goodbye to Jerry, I don't see this as a bad move, the transition is over, time to move forward with our vision for DL!
