Hey Turr, 

I believe that cash flow positive for DL had been moved to end of first half of 2017, and that was before they indicated they might withhold bonus to DL for not meeting certain goals. 

I would love to hear otherwise, but at this point, I neither expect nor anticipate anything until the AGM, by that time, we will either know something substantial or they will have pitchforks and torches to deal with.
